Object
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter: GTC) govern the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sales offered by JeuPRO.
Purchase
Any order on the site https://krobs.ch (hereinafter called purchase) implies acceptance of these GTC by the buyer.
Confirmation
Any purchase made successfully is subject to a confirmation message on your browser and an email confirmation of receipt of the purchase. The sales contract is deemed concluded at the time of the confirmation of the purchase.
Prices
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs, net amounts (VAT included for sales in Switzerland).
Payment terms
We offer the following payment methods:
– Paypal: secure online payment through your paypal account or credit card
– Bank transfer
Guarantee
We only deliver new products in their original packaging. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects of the product.
Delivery
In Switzerland and the EU, available items are delivered by mail currier. If all the products of your order are available in stock, we usually deliver within 3 to 10 business days.
We accept no responsibility for any delay in the delivery of items by La Poste, our order routing partner, or its international partners. We also decline any responsibility in case of damage related to the transport of the ordered items.
Note: JeuPRO does not deliver parcels in a post office box.
Availability
Our delivery commitment is void in the event of failure or non-respect of lead times by our own suppliers, and to the extent that this unavailability is not attributable to JeuPRO. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Return or exchange of goods
Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging accompanied by the delivery note, within 10 days after receipt of your package. Shipping costs related to the return are your responsibility.
Responsibilities
Despite our vigilance and all the precautions we have taken, we do not guarantee the absence of any disruption in the operation of the site. Consequently, we disclaim all liability for any direct or indirect damage that may result from access to or use of the site or any of its elements, and we disclaim any liability that may arise from the inability to access or use it.
Data protection
The information, which concerns you (name and address of delivery, e-mail …), are exclusively intended for JeuPRO. They will only be used to inform you of the processing and follow-up of your orders or to communicate on our offers if you have selected that option. You have the right at any time to access, modify, and delete data concerning you.

The entire content of the website https://krobs.ch (logos, photos, texts, design, etc.) is the exclusive property of JeuPRO and is protected by the relevant legislation. Reproduction (in whole or in part), dissemination, transmission (electronic or otherwise), modification, linking or use of the content for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written permission of JeuPRO. For any non-commercial use, the source of images and content, https://krobs.ch, must be explicitly mentioned.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Any dispute in connection with this contract of sale, its conclusion, its execution or its termination is subject to Swiss law; the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Savigny.
